Produced in a women-owned distillery that was founded in the aftermath of the Mexican Revolutionary war, the agaves are cooked in above-ground stone ovens traditional and unique to the La Ventilla region of Guanajuato.

This region has long produced mezcals that have no trace of smoke (over 240 years), resulting in an exceptional flavor profile.
